RSVP: Two Workshops on Conflict Management at Vistula University– 17 December 2025.
-
The Conflict Management Workshop is devised as a series of brainstorming meetings with policymakers, young researchers, and students that will be held on an annual basis in various locations around the world. The first was held at Vistula University on 17 December 2025 at Stokoes 3, Warsaw, Poland. It consisted of two sections:
-
The Morning Session was an informal, collaborative session where we shared insights from my recent workshops in the Balkans: Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Greece, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo, Albania, Croatia, and Slovenia. Subsequently, the recent plans and objectives of the EU, Russia, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and China in the region were discussed. Those experiences were related to the current situation in the US and the Middle East.
-
The evening session was dedicated to the situation in Ukraine, Syria, and the Middle East, the current conditions in Ukraine, the US’s proposed 28-point peace plan, the war spilling over into NATO territory, post-Assad Syria, the Middle East, and Russia’s attempts to peacefully take over Georgia.
